The Dorland project was a complete transformation of both the kitchen and dining space, designed to enhance openness, functionality, and overall aesthetic.
What began as a repair situation due to a previous roof leak quickly turned into an opportunity to reimagine the space. Since part of the kitchen ceiling had no second floor above it, our team capitalized on the structure to create a vaulted ceiling, dramatically increasing the sense of space and natural flow.

Our countertop selection includes: engineered quartz (Caesarstone, Silestone, Cambria), granite (from our Canadian stone partners), marble and quartzite (Calacatta, Statuario, Super White), porcelain slab (ideal for large-format applications and outdoor kitchens), and butcher block (hard maple and walnut for prep areas and bar surfaces). We handle templating, fabrication, and installation — all in-house through our trusted fabrication partners.
Backsplash Tile
Backsplash selection is one of the most expressive design decisions in any kitchen. We carry or source: handmade ceramic subway tile, Zellige Moroccan tile, glass mosaic, large-format porcelain, natural stone mosaic, and slab backsplash (same material as your countertop, seamlessly continuous from counter to ceiling).
